In the performance tab in the FrameRef preferences you can control image scaling and sampling.
In the performance tab, you will find these settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Auto downscale large images | Automatically downscale large images to save memory. |
| Max Dimension | If an image’s width or height is larger than this value, it is automatically downscaled. The aspect ratio is preserved. |
| Suggest to trim long videos | Suggest trimming videos by duration. |
| Image sampling type | Choose between Bilinear and Nearest Neighbor as the default image sampling type. |
